COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	19. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Legal Proceedings The Company is not a party to any legal proceedings other than routine litigation incidental to its business. In the opinion of management, the amount of ultimate liability with respect to these actions will not materially affect the results of operations, financial position or cash flows of the Company. Insurance The Company accrues for certain health care benefit costs under a self-funded plan and records a liability for all unresolved claims at the anticipated cost to the Company at the end of the period based on management’s assessment. The Company believes it has adequate reserves for all self-insured claims.

Legal Proceedings
